If making anonymous call, I don't know if they have caller ID. You might consider using a friend's phone or call from a payphone - and not one down the street from where you live.
: Try 1-877-WE LISTEN. If not 877, it's 866. The email address is WELISTEN@bn.com. Takes awhile to get a response though.
