The use of a chart is not a good idea for just the reasons you mentioned it brings those that are doing a good job or not abusing the situation feel involved, I do think you should go to your manager and ask that the list be taken down...if you don't feel comfortable or feel like your manager won't listen then call your DM I am sure the list will be taken down. If you are not an abuser of sick days then don't get too mad be proud that you have the least amount of stickers also you can't get in trouble for taking what is yours. The only time I have been told that you have to find someone to cover your shift is if the schedule is posted and you now need off for some reason and you didnt request it or for coverage purposes they couldn't grant you your request otherwise they have to find coverage but call in plenty of time.
