I have been a bookseller for 6 years, this year as review time came, I read over my review and it was good as always and when I looked down I saw that My wage was the same, when I asked the store manager why I didnt get my .50 this year. She informed me that as a Lead bookseller I cant make more than $10.00 and hour. for the size of our store and its location in the U.S. What I want to know is. What are the Leads out there making???? Please inform me.. and as far as this wage cap goes. It really stinks becase everyone should be rewarded for doing good work. and staying with the company for so long. Its us full time employees that keep the stores out there going!
