Last night, I ran into a former co-worker who brought me up to date on what is happening at my former store (which I once believed was a best-case scenario)...
1. The entire cafe staff is new because the former cafe staff quit simultaneously...
2. The manager who refused to consider me as a CRM HATES the one they did hire (even though the new CRM is doing a good job, which may well be the whole point)...
Even before learning this, I was debating making a complaint to the Labor Relations Board on the grounds of discrimination against the manager... I didn't believe one would succeed because the manager has a gift for convincing everyone that everything is great - now, however, I see that maybe one would succeed. I am presently preparing my letter to "We Listen" (whom I found to be helpful)... how does one contact the NLRB?
